What happens next.

1

A reply the same day

Written by a person who has read what you sent. If the answer is that we are not the right fit, it will say that and suggest what to do instead.

2

A thirty minute call

Booked at a time that suits a working day, usually early or late. No deck, no pitch, no second call with somebody more senior.

3

A written proposal

Scope listed line by line with a fixed price and a start date, within two business days of the call. Nothing begins until you approve it.

Before you send it.

How quickly will I hear back?

Inquiries sent on a business day are answered the same day. Anything that arrives over a weekend is answered Monday morning.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes covering what you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried, and where the business goes quiet. You get an honest read on whether the studio can help and a rough cost before the call ends.

Do you work with businesses outside your local area?

Yes. Strategy, messaging, copywriting, and social are handled remotely for clients anywhere in the United States. Production sessions happen in person and are arranged around travel.

I am brand new. Is it too early?

Usually not, though the honest answer depends on whether you have clients yet. If you are still finding the first few, the right first step is a position, a page, and a handful of pieces rather than a full retainer. We will tell you that on the call.
